As Vice President of Property Management, Gabi Davis runs tenant-first property management across Capstone's retail, office and industrial assets, leading the in-house teams that handle day-to-day operations, vendor relationships and tenant retention.

An RPA designation holder, Gabi was recognized as a 'Leader of Influence in Commercial Real Estate 2025' and was selected as one of Connect CRE's 2023 Women in Real Estate, California Region winners.
